Please read this application, answer all the questions, sign it and return to us at the address listed, or email to: boxers@theriver.com. The information you provide in this application and during our interview will help us find a good match for you. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Because we are an all-volunteer rescue organization, we cannot guarantee a timeframe to find you a boxer. The more open you are in your age preference, the easier it will be to find you a boxer. Please remember this is an adoption, not a sale. Please answer fully and honestly. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption not in the best interest of the dog. Be aware that few animals are perfect. You must be prepared to give any boxer you take into your home adequate time to adjust. You must also put effort into training the animal to help the adoption be successful. Thank you for adopting a rescued animal!
